Compex Course Certificates

All courses held at Compex lead to certification that is recognised both locally as well as internationally. Certificates issued by our organisation have a long-standing reputation of being a clear reflection of the abilities and skills of candidates that have attended our professional computer courses. At Compex we issue two types of certificates.

• Certificate of Proficiency, and
• Certificate of Attendance

The difference between these two types of certificates indicates that in the case of a Proficiency Certificate, the candidate has proven his/her computer skills acquired during the course by sitting for a practical and written examination at the end of the course.

On the other hand attendance certificates are issued to candidates whose prime objective was learning the subject matter and chose not sit for an assessment at the end of the course.

International Standard Certificates

Compex is also a proud member of the international circuit of the European Computer Driving License. We have been an ECDL Approved Test Centre since 2001 when the ECDL Certification was introduced in Malta. Compex has been approved by the British Computer Society and the Computer Society of Malta as being a test centre where candidates could take their tests leading to the internationally accredited certification. Compex is fully accredited for ECDL Core, ECDL Advanced (all modules) and Equalskills.

During the past years Compex has successfully prepared thousands of candidates in achieving their ECDL certification at Core and Advanced levels with record pass rates that are a firm assurance of the exceptional training and preparation delivered at our training centre.

MATSEC Certifications

Compex has been Malta's first computer training centre offering computer training courses leading to MATSEC Computer Studies and Computing examinations. We have been preparing candidates for MATSEC public examinations since our inception in 1986.

We have an envious track record of successful pass rates over the years and over the past three years we have achieved 99.5% pass rates at Ordinary level standard and 100% pass rates at Advanced level standard. Our expert professional trainers guide candidates through their courseware with exceptional support and provide a unique view of the subject through their professional experience.
